How to Perform a Brazilian Wax

The Brazilian waxing is not suitable for shy people, because we are dealing with a private area, in case of doubt we recommend you follow the traditional methods of home hair removal: using creams; if we are willing to suffer with brazilian wax we must take into account several factors as a precaution. The first is the length of hair that will be removed, for this type of hair removal to be effective we must remember to trim the hair not less than three millimeters, otherwise hair will most likely difficult to unroot.

When we prepare our body for hair removal, the skin must be free of lotions, oil or creams, they tend to hinder the hair from sticking to the wax. It is also essential that the areas around the vagina is thoroughly cleaned, it is advisable to undergo brazilian wax in the genital area a week after having the monthly period, that is when we are less sensitive. After undergoing brazilian wax we must put an antiseptic lotion or aloe vera cream to relieve the inflamed area. We should not panic if the waxed area becomes red and bleeding, it is common, especially if it is your first time to have a brazilian wax. Also some ingrown hairs may arise so it is recommended to exfoliate the area daily.
